But yes, seriously we need to start thinking about the time frame as 12 months. the 3 months before conceptions is vital and overlooked. What is happening to us right now in terms of safety and sustinance will affect procreation and its results in 3 months time.
We need to start looking more upstream rather Han trying to 'fix' the downstream harm.
