Miscarriage is a devastating blow to many and healing is required on 2 levels, both physical and emotional. worry about another or Miscarriage anxiety is incredibly common.
In this episode, I share my own miscarriage story and start to unpick some of the aspects at play emotionally, how your brain has processed the memory, how future tripping can in itself can cause miscarriage anxiety.
I look at what you can do on a physical and emotional level and that just as it takes 2 to make a baby, that egg and sperm as the basic ingredients are key in maintaining the pregnancy also. I refer to my previous post on how progesterone plays a crucial part.
