Male Supplements
Cyto Renew Contains CoQ10, Alpha Lipoic Acid, N-acetyl L-Carnitine and N-acetylcysteine.
CoQ10 Multi: Comprehensive multivitamin and mineral containing a full spectrum of B vitamins including methylfolate and B12 as methyl- and adenosylcobalamin. Vitamin D3, zinc, selenium, vitamin C, vitamin E and beta-carotene are included. Also provides 80mg of CoQ10 which is involved in mitochondrial function, acts as an antioxidant and has been associated with improved fertility. Alternative product: Foundation Formula 2 (does not contain CoQ10)
Essential Fatty Acids, Omega 3 supplement containing DHA and EPA choice of:
Krill Oil –or Fish Oil – or Omega 3 vegan

Female Supplements

Cyto Renew Contains L-Carnitine and alpha lipoic acid as well as other antioxidant nutrients relevant to mitochondrial function.
